Today, we had a problem with a Microsoft product, so we were on a conference with Microsoft Help center. As you might have already guessed they were clueless how to fix it and were taking a zillion years to even debug..forget fixing! in the course of the conference there was one point where he aksed us to look up something on the net ..

He: I have no clue whats wrong..

He: Search for 'Debugging tools in windows' in GOOGLE..

Us: (We nearly fell down laughing and typed..) You guys yourself don't use the 'MSN Search'?

He: Well...

LONG PAUSE!! Guess he had turned RED and was trying to get over it!! As for us we had a hearty laugh..!!
